The Friends of Hylton Castle Primary School
Our Friends Association is a group of staff and parents who work together in organising and arranging activities and events for our children and school on a voluntary basis. Some of these are fund raising events to raise money for the children to give them those little extra treats they deserve.
Our fundraising in the past enabled us to buy a new lighting rig and music system that was installed. This equipment has helped support our end of year show and numerous assemblies throughout the year and not to forget our Easter, Halloween and Christmas parties. We also have Summer and Christmas Fayres to raise funds for Friends of Hylton Castle Primary School.
We have managed to purchase a Generator and outdoor lighting so we have outdoor electricity to run lights and music for events. We have engaged with an Artist for a woodland project – see Into the Woods page. We have purchased hoodies for our Year 6 leavers (2019)
