We find that involving parents and carers in activities in school is a positive tool in building relationships between home and school.
On Thursday 15th December we invited parents and carers into nursery to join in with some Christmas crafts with their children.
It seemed to be an enjoyable experience for everyone and there was LOTS of GLITTER involved!
December 16th was the last day of term before we broke up for the Christmas holidays.
We had had a very busy few weeks before Christmas so we spent our last day wearing our pyjamas, drinking hot chocolate, eating treats and watching a Christmas movie. We sang some of our favourite Christmas songs for our parents and carers at home time.
We wrote letters to Santa during December too.
